Return & Refund Policy


We want you to be delighted with your purchase. That's why if you aren't happy with it for whatever reason* within 14 days of order date, we'll refund or replace it for you. *as long as it has been unused and in original condition and packaging.


If you need to return something for any reason, whether it's not the right tool for the job or if it's faulty. Please get in touch with us to organise a return.  We strive to make this as simple and easy as possible. If unwanted, products must be in the original condition and box you received them in. 

Simply return the product using your chosen method, or we can arrange a collection at our outlet located in Melaka Mahkota Parade outlet, located at S09B, Level 2, Mahkota Parade. 

Please note: Because of the price of delivering these are excluded. will be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect and return at own cost. Once we receive your item back at the warehouse, we'll refund you within 72 hours.


Should you have any warranty issues within 7 days of receipt please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to solve the issue for you over the phone, failing this we can put you in contact with a local repair agent or we will arrange for the collection of the tool to be inspected.  If the manufacturer finds the item to be faulty through misuse or damage the customer will be charged for the collection and delivery and be required to pay within 60 days or the tool will be re sold.

Please note you will be required to provide proof of purchase.

Please ensure your product is well packaged, enclosed with proof of purchase, note of the fault and return address.


Our policy lasts 14days. If 14days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotion Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately promotion sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Okay Malaysia  will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days  after the confirmation.
